Being at your best takes a number of pieces working together. Psychological, social, biological, and spiritual components all influence what we feel, think, how we relate to the people around us, and how we make sense of what goes on in our lives. When any of these factors fall short of what is optimum, we realize something is less than it could be, which shows up in the form of things like stress, anxiety, depression, troubled relationships, questions about meaning, purpose, and self-worth.
At Quo Vadis Therapy Center, you can expect to receive professional, insightful, and compassionate attention from experienced therapist, Joe Pribyl, MA, LMFT, to help you get to where you want to go. Life is a journey. Some of the way is exciting and joyful, and other parts are stressful and challenging. All of us do better with timely assistance from fellow travelers, who might include family, friends, co-workers, spiritual advisors, and even a good therapist.
Online/telehealth sessions are an option. Telehealth is a convenient way to receive therapy for persons who would need to travel a significant distance for therapy, or when other occasional challenges to appearing in-person for therapy sessions might arise (e.g. you or your therapist is ill and prefer to meet online to avoid the risk of spreading the illness, inclement weather, etc.). In-person sessions are otherwise the standard option for receiving services at Quo Vadis Therapy Center.
